Creation of a dance studio

The future facility embodies contemporary and minimalist architecture, featuring a distinctive volumetric design clad in wood. It offers generous spaces dedicated to dance, while the exterior is beautifully landscaped to create a high-quality public space.

The architectural concept emphasizes simplicity and user-centric values. The floor plan is organized with maximum rationality, optimizing circulation areas and leveraging free performance gains. The rectangular dance studio benefits from ample volume and natural light, thanks to two large sheds.

The building's volumetric composition is shaped by folded roof elements, which create spacious volumes for the dance studio and provide shelter for technical spaces. The entire project will be clad in open-jointed wood siding, both on the façade and roof.

The floor plan includes a single inflection point, creating views towards the heart of the block and orienting the building's entrance towards the city. This entrance arrangement will be accentuated by a fully mirrored façade along the garden, visually expanding the space. The mirrored treatment also provides privacy from outside views while offering quality views from the dance studio, with a warm ambiance that opens up to the garden. Inside, the materials will be simple and inviting.
